Alcohol is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including the decks or the exterior of the boat. • 🚭 Smoking Policy: For the safety of our wooden structure and the comfort of other guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the houseboat. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas (front/rear decks). • 👟 Footwear: In keeping with Kashmiri tradition and to protect our handmade carpets, we kindly ask guests to remove their shoes before entering the main living areas and bedrooms. • 🔇 Quiet Hours: Please respect the serenity of the Golden Lake. We observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. • 💧 Water Conservation: As we are located on the lake, we ask that you be mindful of water usage and avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper to protect the delicate ecosystem.

Cancellation Policy: • More than 7 days before check-in: Full refund of the advance payment. • 3 to 7 days before check-in: 50% of the advance payment will be refunded. • Less than 3 days before check-in: No refund of the advance payment.
